Result. They applied the £25.00 off for me. Why sometimes people on phone are not willing to listen and understand. I emailed and it's sorted. But still I'm a bit confused, as the email said I used the wrong code, however on my order confirmation email it clearly shows the correct code, less the £25. I reckon whoever processed my order made the error.
cmbargainhunter If i recall correctly it's the order code box, at the checkout. On the side of the page shows examples of the codes, so you can identify which box to put it in.0 -
Hi all,
Does anyone know if you pay postage? I fancy a kettle and it's under the £50 (£47). The delivery charge, if any may take me over the £50.
They are expensive, same kettle in John Lewis is £40 but then they aren't offering me £15/£25 off the first order
Thanks0 -
Postage is free. (or included in the price of the item) whichever way you look at it.0
