Just had an email from Empire to say that only one voucher code accepted with each order so if you choose the £25 off you don't get the jacket >:( They do say that the free jacket offer will be available for some time though.

After spending ages looking for something else to take my £29.99 purchase up to £50 to get it all half price, I noticed that new customers can get £15 off their first order. Which in my case, amounts to the same.

You have to open an account, ie can't pay by debit/credit card and presumably the £15 discount will appear on there (it doesn't on the order when you have to confirm).

I've just received my order, I placed using the code as on handbag.com, as I posted on the link. Only to find they've only taken £15.00 off. When I contacted Empire, they've said to me that I wasn't personally sent the code from handbag.com, so it cannot be applied, however this is my first order I am eligible to have the £15 off. I kept on explaining to the woman on the other end that this was the offer stated on handbag.com. She kept on going on about how it's not valid!!!
I AM VERY UPSET!!!
I've just emailed handbag.com explaining what has occured. And also emailed empire  sending a link to handbag.com's offer page, because the lady on the phone doesn't seem to understand what i'm saying.

I posted the details of this for you all just as I saw it, and just as I was hoping to take advantage of it. If you do find that you've not got the £25 off as was expected, I'm sorry, this isn't my fault. But I'm trying to find out who made the error. I will keep you posted as to the progress.

I received an email from handbag.com containing all their birthday offers and it says

So maybe you have to be registered with handbag.com to use this offer??
