    MSHAWX - I'll get your name added when updating, thank you for joining us and I hope your SIL's hubby is OK.

    Keren - Well Done! :beer: (It's healthy beer, honest :D )

    I have just finished my first frugal cycle of the day and set the counter on 'calories burned'. (OK, slight exageration, it's taken half an hour to recuperate! :D ) Does anyone remember 'Absolutely Fabulous'? :rotfl:
    I made it to 250, despite my determination to make it to 300 and the first thing I thought of whilst puffing and panting, crawling upstairs with rubber legs and a numb bum, bouncing off the hall walls and then collapsing in a heap before sliding off the armchair onto the floor was... I NEED A FAG! :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

    Take measurements of all of the following: neck, chest, waist, hips, thighs, tops of legs, calves, ankles, tops of arms and wrists and keep a note of them. You should have 15 numbers in total. If you take these in inches, then the number isn't so big.

    Neck = 1 number
    Chest = 1 number
    Waist = 1 number
    Hips = 1 number
    Thighs = 2 numbers
    Tops of legs = 2 numbers
    calves = 2 numbers
    tops of arms = 2 numbers
    and wrists = 2 numbers
    My total = 14 numbers

    Am I missing something? :confused:
    Also can I join in will measure later when I get home

    HOW COULD I FORGET THE BUM PART??? :eek: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: Added it into your list. I got told there are 2 measurements to use for this potentially expansive area of the anatomy, one measurement around the hip bone area and one around the 'fuller' areas :D

    Will update the names etc after lunch and another 250 cals worth of frugal cycling :cool:

    Oh, how I admire all you frantic frugal females exercising to the end of your little tethers.:D:beer:

    I am pleased that this challenge is a year long one as a chunk of money came out of my account in DDs today to the tune of £267.75 :eek: But, some of those are due to reduce next month.
    Nearly had a heart attack when the BT bill arrived as it was for over £450. When I had calmed down and regained the ability to read :D I realised that there is a bill for nearly £280 for the repair work done following the fire so our Landlord will pay that :T Also, our bill includes internet and we only have a cheap PAYG mobile as no reception so £59pm is not too bad. We usually have calls about £18 per quarter but made more following the fire.
