It might go against you, yes.

Your argument against that, is that this regime (the one you are fighting) operated outside the scope of what anyone would describe as 'good management' and was simply a moneymaking business preying on residents.  They even refused to cancel PCNs for the landowner.  They were sacked.

They refused to cancel for the Manager of the estate who is party to the lease. does it make any difference if they had rejected for Landowner?

an I guess you meant my argument that I should put in my defence statement when appearing in the court? right?

thank you so much again for these valuable inputs
basically, is my case still contestable in the court? :)

Yes - always - and I told you your argument against that clause.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    So, update on this case

After 4 months silence from Gladstones solicitors they are now asking for my lease agreement. Should I send it to them? Or would it put be in a disadvantage position in the court?

Point out that a reputable company would have reviewed the Head Lease and individual Residents' leases before they commenced operations and therefore their client knew or should have known they would be breaching resident's existing rights before issuing parking charges.

As a courtesy, and only in an attempt to narrow the issue as per court procedure requirements, include a copy of only the relevant sections regarding parking. What it doesn't say is just as important, so state that part as well.

Don't forget to include the lease title page or section with the address to which it relates.

Tell them the rest of the lease contains private and personal data.

@mr_gk99 what was the decision about the parking problems at the property? Did you contract another scammer PPC to subject the residents to more misery or did you follow the sage advice given by @Coupon-mad?

Hi, I have just been hit with an ANPR fine from Parking eye whilst doing delivery at a residential property. I had enter the flats area at 19:34 and left at 19:45, totalling 11 minutes!!

Any suggestion on how to appeal? I've looked around on the forum and have struggled to find something.

@cesar1510 , welcome to the forum.

Please can you start a new thread about your predicament as experience has shown that trying to deal with the issues of more than one person in a single thread only leads to confusion.
