No, my comments arise from meetings with senior civil servants, who it must be admitted were not sorry to see a change of Minister but the legislation, the Retained EU law (Revocation and Reform) Bill, is still barrelling ahead into the committee stage where it is hoped, some laws such as the Package Travel Regulations and UK261, can be retained but frankly at present, who knows?
