Would it be the same address to report all those cyclists who go through red lights?

Ok so update no 3.  .  They lady who’s email address was the SJPN emailed me back yesterday!  She said to email her my plea and she will pass it on.  She’s also going to re-email me the evidence tomorrow.

from memory. It was only me touching the device as opposed to ‘holding’ it - i have hands fee in my car!  

I have no choice but to plead not guilty as i already have 6 points - all given since lockdown ended!  Previous to that I’d not had any points for years!

interested to know if anyone has had similar and managed to have allegations dropped.

What's your defence, you don't seem certain what you were doing with the phone?

What if the footage shows you holding it?

Pleading not guilty without a viable defence could be the worst thing you could do ... at least wait and see the evidence in the video. Then take a view/advice.

Otherwise - read up on making a plea of exceptional hardship if you want to reduce/avoid the 6 month ban

I need to see the footage but - my work is literally across the junction- it is at a hospital and we have a device that lifts the barrier to the car park.  I believe i was lifting the barrier but will need to check the footage.

Well i need to check the footage but those are the facts - and not sure how that will be judged.  Everyone seemed so fixated by the cyclist filming me - who also happens to be a DR and probably works in the same hospital!!!  - i haven’t checked that but!
