Re-read the first 12 steps in the first post of the Template Defence thread to be ready for the next form from the court.
Only yesterday we heard news of someone who simply failed to follow instructions clearly and repeatedly given. They lost in Court.
BBC WatchDog “if you are struggling with an unfair parking charge do get in touch”
Please then tell us here that you have done so.1 -

Please just read the first 12 steps in the first post of the Template Defence thread. Please don't ask us about the DQ N180 form which that sticky thread covers already.
THEN go read the second post of the NEWBIES thread that has a whole section headed in RED capitals : IMPORTANT: KNOW WHAT TO DO WHEN.
You need to be prepared.
The poster who lost in court, ignored us four times in a year (we literally begged them to do a witness statement and evidence bundle) and they did nothing. They went so far off-piste from our clear advice, that due to their extreme lack of action and failure to prepare, it's true to say they may as well not have defended the claim at all, sadly.
