I would certainly encourage people to call up other suppliers if they're with one of the big ones and they're being charged at the full cap, as there are definitely options out there! And just to think, if Shell hadn't refused to answer a simple question, I might not have bitten the bullet and just got on with it, I wish I had done it sooner, but at least it IS done now.
