These are the I Phone instructions for mobile internet

    https://mobile.lebara.com/gb/en/internet-on-my-iphone

I'm with Lebara and get a text when I have a voicemail but I'm also Android.
  • Hi Clelland1992, did you ever manage to resolve your notification problem ?

    Hi,
still going back and forward with Lebara and getting nowhere.

When I call 1211 or 1210 to de-activate or re-activate my voicemail, I get the spoken message "sorry, mailbox temporarily unavailable"

I am still getting no SMS message when I receive a voicemail and there is no option to change this setting within the mailbox settingswhen I dial 121.

I believe this is a porting issue. As when I joined Lebara, my new Lebara voice mailbox had an old personal greeting stored from an old Vodafone contract which I left around 5-6 years ago. This surely isn't right.

I believe my voicemail box needs to be reset by Lebara. I’ve even spoken to Voda, but they are telling me Lebara need to fix it.

This fault has been happening for around 2 weeks now. I need voicemail to work properly for business purposes, so looks like I’m going to have to port away from Lebara. Shame as they are otherwise fine.

    I know that feeling !!

I mentioned before that I had a problem with Wifi Calling.  It was no longer operating on my phone, and the Wifi Calling on/off toggle button had disappeared from my phone's settings.  I was told something different by Lebara each time I phoned.  It had been added to my account, it hadn't been added, it would be added within 24 hours, it can't be added as my phone is not compatible, etc.  On the last call I had with them, I was told Wifi Calling had been added to my sim 24 hours after I had activated the sim.  So I tried disabling then re-enabling the sim to see if that might update the settings.  It didn't, so I then removed the sim and restarted the phone.  That deleted all the Lebara settings that were installed when I had initially activated the sim.  I then reinserted the sim and restarted the phone again.  That installed all the Lebara settings again, including Wifi Calling which was not part of that initial activation.  I appreciate that yours is an entirely different issue, but I am just wondering if you go through that same procedure, might it install services or settings that were not present at the time of the original sim activation.

Sounds familiar, I’ve been told the same sort of stuff. A different thing each time.

thanks for that suggestion, I will try it in a bit. I’ve tried rebooting the phone multiple times but not removing the sim. Will let you know how I get on. Cheers
  • No joy with removing the sim unfortunately  :(
  • That's a pity (or should I say pita). I was on the verge of asking for a PAC code, and then the sim procedure worked for me. I hope you can get it sorted.
