If and it’s a big if they have had these made where and how well have they been stored? I’d also question why others aren’t willing to fit them if they are good quality it’s a hastle free no comeback job for them as they can’t be liable for the actual window just the fitting.
As said by many, I’d give a 2 week deadline for fitting via email so you have a record and get someone else to measure, supply and fit the windows.
