Would the below be good enough to send as an appeal I have pics of signage to include in this.

I challenge this 'PCN' as lessee of the car and subsequently request all future correspondence be sent directly to myself at the address listed below:

I am the vehicle's hirer and keeper for the purpose of the corresponding definitions under Schedule 4 of the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 (POFA) now it is proven that in this instance, the registered keeper is not the "keeper" (as defined under POFA), Civil Enforcement has no reason to contact Lex Autolease again regarding this PCN

I believe that your signs fail the test of 'large lettering' and prominence, as established in Europe car parks. Your unremarkable and obscure signs were not seen by the driver, are in very small print and the terms are not readable to drivers.

Further, I understand you do not own the car park and you have given me no information about your policy with the landowner or on site businesses, to cancel such a charge. So please supply that policy as required under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

There will be no admissions as to who was driving and no assumptions can be drawn. You must either offer me a POPLA code or cancel the charge.

Thank you for your cooperation and I look forward to receiving your response within the relevant timescales specified under the British Parking Association Ltd Code of Practice.

Also do I use the standard way to appeal as recommended on the back of the pcn.
Or use the email I got from one of the shop managers.

Check that you have the correct name of the PPC. It is incorrect in your post above.

Complaints first to the landowner, managing agent, and your MP, then appeal if that fails. Do not miss the appeal deadline.
Appeals go via whatever method is stated on the PCN/NTK, which is usually via an appeal portal.

That appeal looks okay to me apart from the incorrect PPC's name.

Make sure you instruct the hire/lease company not to pay this as you are dealing with it. This assumes you have a NTH in your own name.

PPC? Excuse me if I sound dumb. 
Plus I need to re edit the first bit as it's not a lessee car. 

I talked to shop managers and no-one seemed to know much apart from euro car parks run it. And another name came up London cambridge.

Actually I think I may have the wrong template. Can anyone link 1 please. 
It's not a lessee car. 

I have spoke to shop managers to no avail.
Just an email. 

I have a photo of an extremely poor sign.

Unfortunately because of the the time gone past I have no receipts for the shops anymore. 
And am at the end of my appeal time.
