So, did the Claimant - not you, you are the Defendant - pay that trial fee within the timescale allowed?
Check with the court - a simple phone call.

If the Claimant hasn't paid, then you won't need to attend any hearing.

Then it was on the Notice of Allocation before that.  You definitely have a WS bundle deadline set in one or the other of the letters that came from the local court.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

It doesn't matter if you've lost it but you did get that, after the N180 stage,  once the case reached your chosen court.

You have to do your WS in time and the NEWBIES thread explains.

Except - don't use the example linked there. Copy recent ones instead.  We have dozens here every month on every court claim thread.

No you aren't. You can't change it. Sorry, that would cost you over £100 in court fees.

You could ask to join remotely. By phone.

Surely your call tomorrow is firstly to check that the Claimant paid the £27 fee by 10th July.
If they didn't, and still haven't, then that is the strong point you need to make first.

Only after hearing that they did pay the £27 in time, should you consider seeking to change the date.
Seeking to change the hearing date comes with a hefty fee and isn't guaranteed.
