Kent Reliance 1yr fixed cash ISA

Hi.
Opened this today and while trying to fund it tonight using the sort code & account number in their email, my bank has flagged a warning because when it does the payee check the name is Rochester Mortgages.
Obviously the next thing I did was call Kent Reliance themselves and to be blunt, I wasn't inspired with confidence. Their customer service person said they are not in any way linked to Rochester Mortgages but so long as the details were entered correctly it will be fine.
My next step was ask here in case anyone knew, or had similar when they opened it and it all worked ok.
Thanks!

I've just googled Rochester Mortgages and it says "Parent organization: OneSavings Bank".Looking at the Kent Reliance web page, at the bottom it says "krbs, Kent Reliance Banking Services and Kent Reliance are trading names of OneSavings Bank plc", so it looks OK I would say. I'm looking to open one of their ISAs myself soon, but as you say, it doesn't exactly inspire confidence.

I had a look online afterwards too. I decided to fund it with a small amount and see what happened. All ok, a few hours later and the funds were showing via Kent Reliance website. I've sent a second payment and that's also showing so I'm happy it was just an odd glitch.0
