Should the £67 not be added on?

It has been added on... you were £254.91 in credit after your DD was paid and so add £66 and you get £320.91

But it's not £387.91 on the screenshot - it's £253.91DullGreyGuy said:It has been added on... you were £254.91 in credit after your DD was paid and so add £66 and you get £320.91Open Movement Close 173.39 -15.51 157.88 157.88 -13.78 144.10 144.10 110.81 254.91 254.91 66.00 320.91 320.91 67.00 387.91
Looks like £66 credited and then £67 debited, which is odd.0 -
This doesn't look odd to me.
I believe the £66 was credited to the account so that it could then be debited as it is sent to the customer. Did you receive the £66 in your bank account @sandy700?
The £110.81 was the new normal monthly DD presumable so this was paid and the account credited by this much. The account balance has then stayed as just after this despite the customer having had £66 returned to them I believe.1 -
Maybe £67 is being returned to your bank account? That’s what British Gas are doing.
Old dog but always delighted to learn new tricks!1 -
There is a + (PLUS) symbol next to the £67 also it says CR so that means it has been added on.
If it was subtracted there would be a - (minus) sign next to it0 -
AIUI Sainsbury's are reducing DDs by the £66/£67. That's certainly what happened with me - paid £43.86 rather than £110.86. The full £109.86 was credited to my account.#2 Saving for Christmas 2024 - £1 a day challenge. £325 of £3660
