..please find enclosed the Claimant’s N279 Notice of Discontinuance for your records.If you have a copy of the N279 there is no need for a WS. This is them officially telling the court of the discontinuance.
Making an "error" leading to a CCJ would be an abuse of the court process and sanctions and costs. Very unlikely the solicitors would pull a stroke like that.- All land is owned. If you are not on yours, you are on someone else's
- When on someone else's be it a road, a pavement, a right of way or a property there are rules. Don't assume there are none.
- "Free parking" doesn't mean free of rules. Check the rules and if you don't like them, go elsewhere
