Thanks @Coupon-mad.Also is it ok to electronically sign the form before emailing? Or must I print sign and scan ? Thanks again.0

Electronic signing is accepted. Or you could sign a piece of white paper, photograph it and place it on the document before submitting it.2

Update on my case have received court date and WS to be submitted by 28th Feb. I have been drafting it up over the last few weeks so well on my way just got to finish it off!

Another update, email received today and a voicemail from DCB legal with their usual shithousery tactics trying to get me to settle the claim at a reduced fee of just £180! I think I will continue with the court case and getting my WS prepared! The original claim amount was £248.52 I’m guessing the extra £27 is the 8% interest!?

£27 is the hearing fee - have they even paid it yet. or are they exaggerating to make their 'kind offer' look better?
Let them stew.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

@Coupon-mad I very doubt they have paid the hearing fee already! Just trying their luck, usual tactics.0

I have completed the first draft of my WS, would it be possible to have a check over it to see if suitable for my court case!
Many thanks
