Switching Cash ISA to Lloyds

Has anyone tried (and succeeded) switching a cash ISA to Lloyds? I have attempted 2 in the last 2 months (one early August and one early September) and so far neither bank that currently holds my ISA claims to have been contacted by Lloyds about my ISA and the money hasnt moved.
In case anyone is wondering why I would move an ISA to Lloyds with their poor rates, it is because I plan to spend the money soon (from my Lloyds current account) and am hoping to use the flexible-ness of the ISA and replace the money this tax year.

You followed the process outlined above?
If so, have you been in contact with Lloyds to enquire about the delay?0 -
Fairly recently requested a partial transfer from a cash ISA in to a S&S ISA at Lloyds and, despite their warnings of probable significant delays (5 weeks +, due to high volumes?) during the application, I was pleasantly surprised as it took just under 2 weeks (including having to send a physical form)
ETA: I might have got lucky in the whole process, but just thought I'd add that I used the chat function to make sure they had received the form, and the person I connected to was very good - confirming receipt and advising where in the process the transfer was.0 -
Yes, followed the process outlined (which did seem fairly backwards- fill in a form online, then print it out and post it). In both cases I had a text confirming receipt of the transfer request a few days after posting it.
I've contacted Lloyds multiple times- it seems that they are struggling to get in touch with the other banks (both of their call centres pick up pretty quickly when I've rung them). They did contact Bank 2 asking about a mismash of the 2 forms (bank 1 name, bank 2 account number) but other than that neither of the banks that currently hold my funds claim to have had any contact from Lloyds.
I have raised a complaint (at the 3rd attempt- the first one got cut off near the end of the call, so they just logged that I was cut off and didn't raise it, the second one (through webchat) they said they had raised it but didn't and now it has been raised. Hopefully I might get my money moved across soon.0 -

That is not unusual with many providers.
