The customer service in I want one of those is the worse I have ever experienced. We are trying to get a refund on something my OH bought and had to send back. The customer service do not respond to emails. Phone them up and they make promises which they do not keep. We have given up trying to get sense or my OHs money back at this point from this company and will be getting on to the credit card company using Section75 of the credit act.to get the money back via them
