I suspect their app. is designed by a 12 year old who doesn't understand the 24h clock! If it is the previous day's graph, why not name it "Yesterday's Total"?If I display the calender for October, try to select previous dates, nothing happens. At the top it just states "No data".I too submitted feedback and highlighted this particular bar graph. They suggested a beta app.. No thanks, that's, no doubt, designed by a 10 year old.0

Not sure I like the "upgrade" of the firmware. The best chart for me had last 30 days as individual bars per day, now when I click on month there is no data yet.But there is in Day (by hour) and Year (by month)What am I not seeing ?0

I did try the beta app @oldagetraveller and it didn't change anything and I sent them the error log and haven't heard back yet.
You're not missing anything @ManMadeWays - it just isn't working properly. I don't think it's a time difference or 12/24 hour issue as the time elapsed is correct for the time of day you look at it - counting from midnight.0 -
Is it going to fail every power cut? It seems after swapping location its off until you press the button!
"The last 'On' state" seems not to work for me. But the new test location is getting a poor wifi pop up.0 -
Has anyone asked why they changed the data output from the full set to the limited data.
At least with the information stored on the plug you did not need the cloud to remember everything and could use the the data retrospective if any capture system dropped out.
With the limited data you need active capture to do anything meaningful long term.

Another update on the AppStore (version 2.10.7 yesterday)1

Unfortunately, even after updating yesterday, I still have the previous issues. When I’ve finished my current monitoring of chest freezer & Sky box boxes. I’ll delete all data, reset both Tapos & see what happens.HumberFlyer said:Another update on the AppStore (version 2.10.7 yesterday)0 -
I haven't had reason to look at mine over the weekend, but just looking at it now, the current day issue has somehow sorted itself out - I'm currently seeing, under Today's Total, a partial day to the current time (now the same as Runtime, it was showing data through to midnight before) and if I scroll to the previous days total, it shows a full day for October 30th. Still no data for the month or in the calendar.
No idea how that little bit has sorted itself out, as the firmware build is still showing the same number as was posted on page 7 and I haven't updated the app either.0 -
I have two of these and having just had a look am seeing the same on one of them, the one I deleted data on. I left the data on the other one and everything actually looks OK now.BooJewels said:I haven't had reason to look at mine over the weekend, but just looking at it now, the current day issue has somehow sorted itself out - I'm currently seeing, under Today's Total, a partial day to the current time (now the same as Runtime, it was showing data through to midnight before) and if I scroll to the previous days total, it shows a full day for October 30th. Day and month (and year, albeit not much there since data was deleted) graphs now look right.
Calendar showing monthly costs, but not daily usages again yet.
Bill of last 30 days seems to be showing current month, not last 30 days.
So some progress, but not there yet.0
