My sister was resting for 12 months and I have been resting for 8 months so far, we both live less than a mile apart. as you say it was always 6 months with Kantar.

wait long enough and you may get your Christmas bonus stamps!

I went on rest in June, though they stopped my active service in April after I reported a 2 week holiday! I’m going back on in March, so that will be 9 months.

Either they have had a lot of new sign ups or they are reducing the number of live panellists. I wonder whether last year's data breach is a factor?

I suspect that the reduced amount of mail in the system is having an effect, too. During my six month period, most of the mail I received was test mail.

I always opt for receiving utility bills, bank statements, etc by post, rather than paperless.

Has the amount of mail in the system fallen significantly in the last 12 months? Last year I was straight back on the panel but not this year. And I enjoy getting bank letters as I reuse the envelopes for ebay sales.

I'm back on. The first parcel arrives to be posted when I'm away for a couple of days. And a parcel is due to arrive from them when I could be away. This is already feeling like a lot of effort.

Hi All, am wondering if anyone can advise on the rewards/vouchers we can claim with the points we get.

    I claimed £25, made up of £10 M & S, £10 Starbucks and £5 Amazon.

The email I got had ‘redeem here’ buttons to get the Amazon and M & S vouchers but the Starbucks one only had a ‘more information’ button which takes me to my Starbucks app but no voucher.

Has anyone else had this issue with claiming a voucher.

    Many Thanks
