Hard to imagine the data breach boosted sign-ups so it looks like they are slimming down the panel (at least in certain areas)

I've been waiting a few months for a space and I just received an email saying:

We need to do a check on the information we hold on the system for you. 

I had to click a link before 12th April to confirm my name and address.

Is that a good sign??

I've been trying to create a ticket, as i didn't get my points for the last unaddressed survey i did.

It wouldn't let me create a ticket without adding a photo. A photo of what.

Is it possible you didn't complete daily volume or overdue item over the 5 weeks? Quite easy to miss the over due items sometimes. I've created tickets but it doesnt make you add an attachment? What option are you choosing from the drop down menu?
