I've found it a well drawn out timeline
Invite for return to survey email was received in January which stated start w/c 10th March - the app went green within a week of this date 
It's then taken a further 2 weeks for my Welcome pack to arrive shortly followed by a bundle to post (parcels) in 3 weeks time

It depends on the vacancies in your area. There isn’t a definite timeline. I finished my resting period a few weeks ago now but it’s still showing as amber because there isn’t a space for me yet.

If you're resting you haven't completed the rest period yet. If you have accepted an invite back it should go green once your rest period ends (it should tell you how many days you have left to rest). If there isn't a space available once your rest period ends it will go amber. Do you have any bundle notifications yet? I think it takes a while to get back operational. I think the start date is just the day they start preparing mail with your address, iirc I had quite a bit of stuff which came after I'd started resting!

I finished my resting period last November and I'm still waiting to start again😄

Sorry, I may have muddled terminology a bit. I’m currently in amber so finished my rest period and accepted an invite to start back with effect from yesterday (accepted that back in January) but no sign of any movement and still showing amber in the app.

It might take a few days to settle down. I'd guess that they're starting to include your name in bundles from now on and will be sending out your stamps.

No... it just says I've finished my rest period and will be invited back once a space becomes available🙄 it wasn't this long last time tho!

That’s the same message that I’ve had.

On a different note, I always get the fake items showing up on the unaddressed mail survey but it never shows any of the leaflets I actually do get which are delivered by RM. So I do query the accuracy of their recording if they don’t even know what leaflets RM are being paid to deliver.

To be honest I would play it by the rules. I got an extra from RM that wasn't on their list so just put it down in the daily total but obviously I couldn't detail it.
