If you have accepted an invite back it should go green once your rest period ends (it should tell you how many days you have left to rest). That's helpful.  I accepted the invite at the start of March to restart from 31st March. Still amber.  So if you're right , I won't necessarily see anything happening until early April.

Money_Grabber sounds like you're following what's happened to me recently. I was brought back  on the panel while my red dot was still counting down. I wasn't changed to green till about a week after the start date advised.  I received my welcome stamps a week or two after the start date. Interestingly it took about 3 weeks from the start date to actually have to do something ( but was still getting stamps).

When you get an invite it will probably be to start a month or so after, and then probably another month before you are sending and receiving items....
It's possible they are tinkering with the number of panellists they are using, at the very least you'll have to wait for the person who replaced you on the panel to go on rest.

On a different note, I always get the fake items showing up on the unaddressed mail survey but it never shows any of the leaflets I actually do get which are delivered by RM. So I do query the accuracy of their recording if they don’t even know what leaflets RM are being paid to deliver. 

If you're getting the 'fake' items they're probably not fake. I had one for a bar and grill I'd never heard of that was outside my local area so I wrote it off as fake until i actually received it.
In contrast the more convincing ones may be a double bluff and may be ones that were circulated a couple of months back.

Got an email yesterday to confirm my restart date - saying to expect items in the next few weeks and start-up stamps in a separate package.  App has gone green today and tells me items have been allocated but the bundle notifications haven't yet appeared.

Odd, I’ve still never heard anything more and am sitting at amber, despite having accepted to start last week. I’ve lodged a ticket.

I can get in, but it’s slow and it’s not working properly. My unaddressed mail page is blank at the moment.
