    Yes, I find it a lot easier too. I also have not had any parcels to post and have just been invited to my first CDM survey

    I'm going to do the same. Tried using the chat function but for some reason I can't see what I'm typing or how to enter it.
    I’ve just had the same, accepted it as doesn’t matter what the date is I can still do it. Will just wait and see if and when the data entry appears.

  • I raised a ticket enquiry re the vouchers last night and have received a very prompt response from Spectos:  

    "The vouchers for TESCO, M&S and many others      were on our voucher list but they are not available at the moment for the UK, Our team is investigating this and is in discussion with Cadooz, we'll inform you as soon as we receive any relevant information regarding this.

    Further, your cadooz voucher code will stay valid as long as you do not redeem it"

    I'm taking that as a positive update, in that they are aware and it's being discussed and hopefully means there is a chance a better selection of suppliers will be restored.

    Thanks for that, I also will write to them. Fingers crossed they get them back.

    I yesterday redeemed 2500 points for an Amazon voucher, I got an email with a code and clicked redeem on entering code it said no value at the bottom and was unable to proceed to shop.
    I have emailed mailagents twice but have ha no replies.
    Any ideas what to do now?

    Wait for Mailagents to respond because they can take a few days.

    My enquiry to them earlier this week took 2 days for a reply.

  • Well, my rest period didn't last long. Was supposed to be resting from 2nd June but didn't finish sending/receiving until 11th July. I was originally informed that I'll be resting until 1st December but got an email on 30th August saying I'm back on the panel. Got stamps and presentation pack a few days later, no items to log/post so far. So my 6 month rest period turned out to be 6 weeks... Bit surprised by that as I don't live in a small village or anywhere rural so there should be no shortage of panellists. I've been on the panel since October last year. I hope I won't get any parcels to post anytime soon, the only parcel box I can get to is still out of order due to road works and my local post office closed down earlier this year. I don't fancy carrying a sack to the other post office a few miles away (assuming I can get there during their opening times).

    This happened to me when I tried to redeem my first voucher. I closed that window, clicked the link again and it went through that time so suggest keep trying.
  • I have started both the Correctly Delivered Mail and the Unaddressed Mail surveys today. I have filled in the CDM survey okay but am having trouble with the Unaddressed Mail one. I haven't received anything, so I went to Daily Item Volumes to enter 0 but when I tap where it says Mon - 11 Sep 2023 items, nothing happens, so I can't input the number. What am I doing wrong, please?

    It sounds like you’re doing it correctly
    if you tap the white rectangle with items at the right hand side, a number keyboard should pop up for you to enter the number.
    Maybe try logging into the App again.
    If it continues not to work. I would raise a ticket.
