    It sounds like you’re doing it correctly
    if you tap the white rectangle with items at the right hand side, a number keyboard should pop up for you to enter the number.
    Maybe try logging into the App again.
    If it continues not to work. I would raise a ticket. 
    Also make sure you have the latest version of the app. Try again tomorrow too as these things often improve  overnight.
    This survey has been bug ridden from the start so anything is possible.

    I started the Unaddressed one today and it's doing the same for me. I received one of the due items, it let me log that but won't let me tell it how many items I received in total. I've opened a ticket just to put it on record.

    Edit: It's updated and is working this morning (Tuesday) so I was able to add yesterday's amounts to it.

  • A wide range of vouchers are now available. It's my first voucher so not sure if it's the same list as before but does include Argos, Tesco, M&S, John Lewis. Much better range than the list available last week!

    Also, I had an email earlier linking to a Mailagents survey. Only took five mins to complete but a good opportunity to say if you like the app ect and other feedback for improvements.

    I also completed the 5 mins survey sent by email .
    Would like to win the 30 points but bit concerned if it tracked completely to my account as when I go to click the link again for the survey it lets me complete again ???
    In my recollection of these surveys sent by other companies they usually let you know it has already been completed .
    Interesting to see if anyone receives the 30 points 🤔

    Well they said the points would be awarded in 3 weeks so we may have to remember to check!

    I finished my Unaddressed Mail survey on 3rd, still got an open Daily Item asking for it every day! Happened last time but this one seems to be going on forever!

    I finished my Unaddressed Mail survey on 3rd, still got an open Daily Item asking for it every day! Happened last time but this one seems to be going on forever! 
    I queried it with them last week as I was the same, it’s an app error, they said:

    “We have forwarded this issue to the concerned team, they are working too fix it. Please do not enter data if you are not included in the current survey.”
