I’ve just had the same, accepted it as doesn’t matter what the date is I can still do it. Will just wait and see if and when the data entry appears.madflower said:

I raised a ticket enquiry re the vouchers last night and have received a very prompt response from Spectos:
"The vouchers for TESCO, M&S and many others were on our voucher list but they are not available at the moment for the UK, Our team is investigating this and is in discussion with Cadooz, we'll inform you as soon as we receive any relevant information regarding this.
Further, your cadooz voucher code will stay valid as long as you do not redeem it"
I'm taking that as a positive update, in that they are aware and it's being discussed and hopefully means there is a chance a better selection of suppliers will be restored.

I have just requested my 5th voucher and gone into Cadooz to see what vouchers were there - the only one of interest was Amazon to me which I have just selected as it will get quickly spent by family. Having read the above posts it advised I had till the 31st Dec 2026 to redeem it so worth waiting if none of the current vouchers appeal.In the time I have typed this my Amazon gift code has come through! That was super quick.1

I got the message as well but had already agreed to do the CD survey via an email invite so I assume the additional app invite is just a glitch.
