    My stamps and a pack arrived today. I also finally received enough points to claim a voucher today, switched over in April.

    Think when I get my next presentation pack I’ll be done doing these. Think it’s a little reward for more effort than it’s worth. But appreciate to others the value may be more for them :)

    The books were my problem because most of them were too big for the letterbox so it involved the postman having to leave a card frequently as I was often out. Resting at the moment so undecided if I will carry on. I won’t be doing anymore UA surveys too much faffing for 300 points over 5 weeks.

    This is the reply I received from Cabooz re the poor voucher selection on offer

    The redemption partners depend on availability of the vouchers but also on the respective reward provider. To find out if certain partners will be available again please contact Spectos.

    Maybe we all have to write to Spectos to get M&S, John Lewis, Tesco etc vouchers back on the selection

    They are having an efficient day. I’ve also had a reply from them to my query (I only sent it yesterday!) on why app is still asking me to input unaddressed mail although my 5 weeks finished last Sunday.

    Paraphrased: app error, reported to IT team to fix, do not enter data if not included in the current survey.

    I’m in the same position of continually being asked to enter information, even though I finished on Sunday too. But I haven’t received my 300 points yet. 🤷‍♂️

    It gave me my 300 points on Monday. I was very surprised. Quickest ever.

    I received a reply to my ticket from 6 August! They've given me the 300 points I should have got 2 months ago, but asked me to be careful that all data has been entered before submitting the last report.

    I managed to collect an Amazon voucher on 27 August. I really think that Cabooz are fobbing you off, they must be the ones that are stocking the vouchers otherwise Spectos could keep the process in house.

    I tend to agree. I was impressed with the range to be fair. Nearing my 5th voucher so will be disappointed if much has changed.
