Is anyone else getting stupid questions like this? This is my 3rd query in 2 weeks, but their message doesn’t make sense to me. If the package went through RM machines on the night before it was delivered how can that be a delay? I just mark it as being correct but wondering if I should report it.

Yes I have had several of these - where the last read of the item was late the previous evening - it certainly wasn't going to arrive any earlier than the following day!  Getting a bit annoyed with them, almost all the queries I have had are of this type, might drop them an email about it.

I got my first ultra light parcel today - luckily the postman left it in my safe place as I was out at the time and its due to be posted on Friday.  They are really cutting it fine with the parcels, compared to the letter bundles.  That is my second sack this month - if I get any more then I will be complaining to them, the deal is 1-2 per month.  Its ludicrously light, worse than Kantar, fortunately all my post office do is scan the manifest and I shove the end with the tag through the hole in the counter for them to staple it to that so they don't actually feel the weight of the parcel.  Seriously, anyone who hasn't had one of these yet, the sack feels like its empty!

Spectos started off so well then it all started to go downhill. They looked very professional and organised but now things are starting to look the opposite. Maybe they should offer us 10pts for every book we return.

I have sent some unwanted books to Spectos using the freepost address.
Win for them & me  :)

How are you packaging the books please?
I'm reusing the grey plastic wrapping they come in - turn it inside out and then tape it back up.  Stick a sticker on with FREEPOST SPECTOS and then pop it in a normal post box.

Why don't you collect a few then return them in the boxes they send the sacks in?

Won't fit in the post box... :)

Not sure if you could just rock up to the PO with a box labelled FREEPOST SPECTOS and not be questioned - especially if they know who Spectos are.

In the future bundles list I have nothing for the first 2 weeks of May, then it starts again. I wonder if they are giving up monitoring over the 2 bank holiday weekends?

I have a May 01 posting currently showing on the App / Bundle Timetable
I don't have anything past 26th April.  I have 28th April to 2nd May marked as Time Off so maybe it is working for me.  Or maybe I'm ending a cycle...  or maybe it's just a mess!

If I send any back this is how I will do it. Spectos is a business and no doubt gets lots of mail.

They’ve answered one question but not  the other. Along with this:

We are really sorry for not getting back to your queries on time, in the past 2 weeks we faced some issues with our system, and it affected a lot of panellists resulting in a massive amount of queries, we are running a little short on man force to handle them, but we are trying our best to answer them as fast as we can.
