Can someone tell me how many points you need for a voucher and the minimum amount for redemption? I've just been invited to unaddressed and for 5 weeks it is 300 points. On the Kantar old one it was 500 points which was £5 for 2 weeks so I'm just working out if it is worth all the effort and hassle. Thanks.

Snap. Good that it updated sooner than last week.Graceglow said:
Yay, the UM survey has been updated & is now showing dates up to & including 17 April.fluffig said:
Similar here, dates only appeared up to and including Monday 10 April.Money_Grabber13579 said:
Now got the same issue all over again, as the dates don’t go past 10 April and the unaddressed mail items I did receive last week never showed in the pictures (even though they were of a recurring kind that would have shown in the pictures with Kantar). Suspect the quality of info from this round of UM surveys is going to be pretty poor…Graceglow said:Has anyone else noticed the glitch with the UM survey has been fixed today? I’ve got dates up to 10 April now showing. Also, new photos of different items that are due.0 -

Its 2500 points which is £25 - I've already cashed out one £25 voucher and am halfway to my second, that was just from posting one bundle per week plus receiving a few items so I expect it to get quicker now the survey is officially live and I am getting more bundles to post in addition to more received items. We get paid for every single item we receive and post, including receiving our posting bundles so its better than Kantar in that respect as we also get the same stamps every month. Yes the UM and CD are less but to be honest they are so quick and easy to do I am not really that bothered about it.

And me. Although I suspect that the market for a very old Reader's Digest condensed books is somewhat limited. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Just had an unaddressed mail invite starting 17 April although I’m still on the main panel at the moment.
Just wish they’d get round to dealing with the support tickets. I’ve got a pile of post that arrived while I was on holiday that I can’t log because I don’t know what day it arrived. And one letter that according to them doesn’t exist. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Book received here which will also be going back. I could read it but not sure when I'll get round to it so may as well save the clutter.

Is anyone else getting stupid questions like this? This is my 3rd query in 2 weeks, but their message doesn’t make sense to me. If the package went through RM machines on the night before it was delivered how can that be a delay? I just mark it as being correct but wondering if I should report it.

Ditto. Mind you, last time I said yes to that it never appeared in the app so I'll believe it when it appears.elsien said:Just had an unaddressed mail invite starting 17 April although I’m still on the main panel at the moment.
