That’s what I found confusing about the newsletter. It was clearly a single communication sent to everyone who’s activated their Mailagents account, irrespective of when activated & how much activity one has participated in. What happens to your points if you have a considerable number but not enough for a voucher and you are stepped down for 6 months. Nothing you can do as far as I know. I have received a bag to post with a small piece of polystyrene in. I do not know how I am going to face handing that over in the post office. At least Kantar put the polystyrene in a box. That made it a better but it is obvious what this is. What normal person would be paying all that money to post that it would go through a letter box.0

I suppose the polystyrene could be protecting something small and fragile?
