I have had the same. It's just the way the system works. They sort of answer the question but want confirmation.bdark2755 said:Is anyone else getting stupid questions like this? This is my 3rd query in 2 weeks, but their message doesn’t make sense to me. If the package went through RM machines on the night before it was delivered how can that be a delay? I just mark it as being correct but wondering if I should report it.

Yes, I've had exactly the same type of message: last read in Royal Mail the previous evening and then delivered to me the following morning. I just confirmed it to mark as correct, but didn't bother reporting it.bdark2755 said:Is anyone else getting stupid questions like this? Yes, I’ve had several similar. I’ve also been just marking as correct and thinking what a stupid thing to query.bdark2755 said:Is anyone else getting stupid questions like this? Me three... I can only think the time is the issue - if it was scanned last night, should it have been delivered earlier in the day?bdark2755 said:Is anyone else getting stupid questions like this? The first question when you log a test item is do you know the date when it arrived - just choose No.elsien said:
Just wish they’d get round to dealing with the support tickets. I’ve got a pile of post that arrived while I was on holiday that I can’t log because I don’t know what day it arrived.2 -

Posting a bit messed up atm as was away for yesterday's outgoing items.
Whilst I was away, one sack arrived (which should have gone yesterday) - supposed to be 2 items in it, 1 crossed off. Flagged as a ticket today with a query from Spectos. They're now chasing the two items I couldn't post yesterday despite me having those dates on my account as 'on holiday' and when I posted 4 transponders back today, I only had the option of reporting up to 3.
Oh an my next posting is 17th, apparently 2 items but only have 1. Betting the other is a sack?
I'm sure there was something else showing as a query on my account yesterday but that seems to have disappeared - might have been an item I reported as being received when I got home late last night.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

In the future bundles list I have nothing for the first 2 weeks of May, then it starts again. I wonder if they are giving up monitoring over the 2 bank holiday weekends?I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards.
