Any NatWest reverse credit experience

Any brokers have experience of NatWest accepting their clients with a satisfied CCJ?
I’m reading so much conflicting stuff. Just wanted to see if anyone’s had any success with them? we have an AIP with them 3 times, and put full mortgage app in just waiting.
Do I get my hopes up or not?

Trust your broker, they wouldn't have put you with NW if they didn't think you stood a chance at getting an offer.

@Lckuj2018My partner has two satisfied CCJs, but we were able to get a mortgage with NatWest last year, so they do take it into account.Good luck1

I have plenty of examples.
They were my go to lender before covid hit for customers with minor historic (and satisfied) adverse.
After covid, they went terrible and were being very picky. It would be interesting to hear how you get on, its been a while since I tried with them due to their terrible turn around times at the moment.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Halifax do not have hard and fast rules on defaults/CCJs. Although they do generally not like unsatisfied adverse.
If it has passed the credit check, it should have been picked up and passed the scoring. If it has got past that, then its down to the underwriter, but I have only had one application with natwest declined due to underwriters discretion... And they accepted an application a month later for the same customer.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Natwest manually underwrite every application as far as I am aware.
Are you getting an update from a broker or their tracker?

Broker. He said that it could be due to the CCJ flagging up or the poor credit on my partners side.I guess I am asking you as I don’t want to be a nightmare client for him 😂0
