To echo the slightly pedantic point being made in an earlier post, there's a difference between 350 metres square (which means 350 metres by 350 metres, a massive area similar to ten football pitches) and 350 square metres (which would be, say, 35 x 10 metres).newlandlord555 said:Clarify its 350 meters square property.4 -
So £14,400 in rent, which leaves £65.600 before you make a penny, providing you have no mortgage 👀newlandlord555 said:By the way . I bought a 2 flat years ago for 80,000 quid and have been raking in 600 quid a month rent , almost 12,000 up so far :}.

Plot is 35 meter X 35 meters
Depends how you look at it. 85000 in the bank last 2 years was making nothing so I consider myself 14000 up > :}0 -
newlandlord555 said:Location is good . On a very busy inter city dual carriageway. That can work against you.The TA would need to examine the potential for new trip generation to the site as a destination in its own right - for example people driving from City A (or City B ) to get a burger at Mc555's, rather than people travelling from A to B stopping to get food/drink en route. The busier the route, the more concern there may be about the site generating additional trips and (further) overloading the road.Does the site have good access arrangements - i.e. sliproads - which may be a requirement depending on the speed limit on the road?Edit: Undoing auto emoji0

I will let Mc Ds sort all that out. If it works it works , if it doesnt something else will. I was really just looking for any other business letting ideas for this type of premises.Section62 said:newlandlord555 said:Location is good . I'd humbly suggest that before embarking on any legally-binding contractual arrangements, you get someone else to proofread them to ensure that the orders of magnitude are correct, or you could find yourself learning some very expensive lessons!newlandlord555 said:Plot is 35 meter X 35 meters8 -
And people say equities are volatile!

Have Maccy D (or similar) shown any interest in the plot or are you presuming that when you contact them they’ll come running? Seems to be a lot of speculation going on here.newlandlord555 said:

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0
