You can just order and pay which is what I did, if you very carefully pick your way past the attempt to make you open a credit account.

I read that as heating water by gas is cheapest, you should fill a watering-can from the hot tap (assuming you have a combi) and pour that into the washing machine's detergent drawer while it's filling. This'll reduce the electricity needed to bring the water up to 30°C for the wash (or 40°C)0

I was doing that in the summer and it did make a difference. Will start it again when our new boiler is connected.

Do Amazon actually have them (P110) available at the moment - I looked yesterday and they were giving a delivery date of 23rd November. I too got a couple from Very, coming tomorrow.badger09 said:

Amazon did have a pack of 4 x P100s with 1 x P110 but even that has changed to being 5 x P100s in the last few days. Plus the price has been steadily increasing since I bought my first P100s a month or so ago.1 -
2 pack currently available on Amazon for £17.99, with delivery tomorrow.
It is a Prime Exclusive Deal, so maybe they were holding back stock until today1 -
Just in case anyone was interested:-I measured an 60 min 'fastwash' on my ten year old built-in Hotpoint BHWD129 at 0.3kwh.I measured a 'Normal' Cottons @ 60C ...but forgot to write it down before i reset the plug
But it was in the region of 1.095kwhAn extra spin (to reduce drying time) was 0.032kwh.60 min using the tumble-dry (without extra spin) facilty was 1.2kwh.I generally line-dry, weather-permitting. Or use a de-humidifier if not.2 -

What temp was the fast wash?
1.1kWh for 60⁰c would be in line with my figures. 200+ Wh (have I done that right?), so just over 200Wh per 10⁰c.0 -
Hi, the fastwash was set at 30C ( but you can set it to any temp otherwise).
