Seller says I must close dispute to get a refund

            Im going through this now, but im the seller.
 I left money in paypal to pay for postage through paypal, but the buyer has opened a dispute which has now put me in negative money.. i cannot pay for the postage until he closes the claim.
 its a catch 22, i cant send it until he closes the dispute, yet he wont close it until he gets the item!!
 You need to add funds to your paypal account.My TV is broken! 
 Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0

 he can't open a dispute untill 7 days is up. why did you not send it faster, i would open a dispute if it took over 7 day to post it out.0

            Not spamming anything. I replied to a post and my signature is as per sites rules. Other people have signatures that show their website,do you call them spammers too?0
