Seller says I must close dispute to get a refund

    You need to add funds to your paypal account.

    he can't open a dispute untill 7 days is up. why did you not send it faster, i would open a dispute if it took over 7 day to post it out.

  • Not spamming anything. I replied to a post and my signature is as per sites rules. Other people have signatures that show their website,do you call them spammers too?
