The 3.60% rate is only for existing holders of that account.

Chase emailed me 11th May to say their savings rate is increasing to 3.30%APR (3.25%) from 22nd May  - not seen it mentioned on here

side question - why is Ford 3.60% above Al Rayan 3.62% in the page 1 list?
