ADR found in my favour - what happens next?

So I raised a claim with Ryanair regards a flight delay of over 3 hours from Barcelona to Manchester in July which Ryanair disputed, raised a case with the airlines ADR who have just emailed me back to say that they have found in the passengers favour and Ryanair are liable to pay 400 Euros compensation.

The ADR have now closed the case and I'm unsure what happens next? Do Ryanair contact me to arrange payment, do Ryanair contact me to say they disagree with the ADR decision so I have to take then to SCC or they do nothing and the onus is on my to chase them?

What are the timescales on the above.

Would be grateful for anyone whom could share similar experiences
