    As a side note to this, I'd like to complain to my local MP about this PCN and the way these cowboys operate.

    Does anyone have a template letter that I can work around for this?

    No but read about the temporarily withdrawn DLUHC statutory code of practice (Google it) and start by saying how disappointed you are that the parking industry has held the Government to ransom with delaying tactics.

    State how you know MPs from all parties are very engaged in wishing to end the worst excesses of rogue parking firms and given that the statutory code of practice is coming  (eventually) and is a current political topic, you trust he/she can help in your case.

    Then explain briefly and say what you want the MP to do.
