I've just printed off the letter to the CEO, which will be posted today.

In the past I'd normally have just ignored these but that doesn't seem to be deal with them now.

I have to take herself shopping now, ironically to Tesco

Whilst it might be safe at the moment to ignore APCOA PCNs, it is not safe to ignore other PPCs, and it may not be safe to ignore APCOA at a later date if they become litigious.

It's not obvious because you seem to have to go via a roundabout route from their Contact Us link on their homepage to get to here.

I received an email from ACPOA stating that “the records have been checked and this parking charge notice has been cancelled”. 

Thank you all very much, now give yourselves a big pat on the back for another victory against these shysters
