    VLS60 hasn;t lost that much.  From peak to trough it was down 13.9%.   I

    I would check again, as even if you bought at the fund peak mid November 2021 then you would only be down around 12%.

    My rate of return is -26.98!
    My guess is that you have owned the fund for less than a year and that the percentage you are reporting is an annualised figure.

    Opened in December 2020.  I paid in an additional £10,000 in August and it dropped by £818 in September!  Think I'll go back to ignoring it 🙀

    That is an 8.18% loss.

    If you move your mouse over the Vanguard Investor Personal Rate of Return it says "We use the money weighted rate of return method to calculate your % Personal return"
