So energy has credited my account with £66.00 on the 5th October. i 'think' they reduce the DD but my DD is way too low right now anyway with no recent adjustments from So. i know what my annual usage/cost will be so whichever way, thats how much PM is going to So or a "bills" account.0

My first £66 Energy Bills Support credit was paid into my EON Next Flex account yesterday and I'm already £26.33p IN CREDIT. I sold my house in March and renting a 2bed flat for 12 months until I find a place to buy and my monthly bills have been under £50.
I choose not to have a smart meter so read my meter on the 2nd of the month and within 48 hours pay on line with my debit card when the bill comes through.0 -
I guess my question is when is this going to happen? Would of expected to see the credit on my account by now.The_Fat_Controller said:@superkoopauk, read the website !
If you pay DD Whole Amount Monthly then a credit will be added to your account and the next bill reduced accordingly.
If you pay a monthly fixed DD then that will be taken as normal (no reduction in amount) and the £66/67 support payment refunded directly to the BANK ACCOUNT from which you pay.0 -

Although more likely in the first half of the month.1 -
As EDF say for Budget Direct Debit (Monthly)
"An automatic refund each month to the bank account your Direct Debit payments are taken from"
I would take that to mean that the refund will be processed once your monthly DD has been taken.
You will only get an account credit on these payment methods : Cash/Cheque and Direct Debit Whole Amount
PS. It's "would have", not "would of"
