Yes, good point, wait a month.

Please come back here anyway to do the Public Consultation, which is vital to change the law and end the scam regimes and toxic bulk litigation.

Then you'd be safe to also add the claim number and the date of the Order.

How do i do the public consultation?

Society at large needs to stand up to all sorts of things like this. The quality of life in the UK in 2023 is shockingly bad.

Not yet out, but we will report its opening on the forum on the following 'sticky' always pinned near the top of the forum thread index. Either bookmark it or set up an alert so you are informed when the next post is made on it.

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Re the final Government Public Consultation:

We all need to ram the nail in the coffin of the false £70 'DRA fee' add-on, that actually funds the court claim and toxic CCJ culture, as well as the DRA and roboclaim 'legals' gaslighting of people.

Please come back here when it opens, and you can make sure you don't miss the Public Consultation:

If you are not a regular reader, to be alerted you'll need to bookmark the thread by MSE_JC at the top of the forum and enable (on your profile) email alerts for bookmarked threads.

Then join us when the Consultation opens in a few weeks.

You can get the claim numbers of the Peterborough and Luton Orders by sending a quick PM to the two posters who have reported this same wording.  Please use them.

This judgment wording is new for 2023 and specific to DCBLegal POC.  You will not find better to illustrate your issues.

You have to show a course of conduct of unreasonableness in litigation - not just one oversight, or that the claim had no merit.

Nice to see another victory against these gouging parking companies!

Could you please give us an update on whether the claimant appealed? If they didn't, could you provide the claim number? It'll be helpful for any future references regarding the judgment you've got.

    Thanks a bunch!
