  • Received the DQ forms. Says i have until the 31st to file it to CCBC in Northampton.

    1. For question E1 i want the hearing to take place in Luton but i think it's part of the pilot for "Suitability for determination without a hearing". What hearing venue should i put down?

    2. I know i need to send a copy of the completed form to CCBC in Northampton. Can i do this via email?

3a. I know i need to send a copy of the completed form to "all other parties", am i sending to DCB Legal or Highview or both?
3b. Do i have to send via post or can i email?

The answers to your second two questions are easily found in that checklist you were following when you filed your Defence. Go back to it and re-read paragraphs 8, 9 and 10.

For anyone else that might find this thread, the answers to my questions are:
    1. Find the closest County Court that's not in the pilot and put that down. For me that was either Hertford or Watford.
2,3a,3b. Yes this can all be done via email, the same way as the defence as explained here (points numbered 8, 9 and 10):

Thanks all for your continued support.
  • Received a "General Form of Judgement or Order" (sorry about the crap images):

Not sure i understand what it all means but relieved it's been struck out.

Massive thanks to all of you. Keep up the good work. Let me know if there's somewhere i can donate some money to support the work here.

OMG that is brilliant! Which Judge has done that?

    Luton Court or where?

Admirable work by the Judge.  Hasn't given them a lifeline. And if that Judge has done it once, they'll do it again and again!

And please do not disappear. We NEED you!

Public Consultation is coming. Explained here:

It was District Judge Sprague sitting at the County Court at Luton.

Please let me know if I can provide any more info.

What a good Judge!  That is a corker.

See you for the DLUHC's upcoming Consultation, to get your revenge for what you've been through.

Can you provide a claim number now it is over, please, and the date of District Judge Sprague's Order so that others may cite it?

"Any party affected by it may apply within 7 days of service for it to be set aside, varied or stayed". Should i hold off providing those details until it's 100% buried?
