Scottish Power
Has anyone checked what rates they are being charged from today ? I am hoping it is a.mistake that Scottish power are quoting what they would havecharged, had the government not put a lower cap on the rates? Shocked is an understatement and very annoyed.Maybe they just haven't caught up yet,but they have had enough time to get it right !

Have you see all the other topics on similar issues with other companies ?
I am sure your next BILL will have the correct rates, if that is wrong then you can have a whinge.
Be patient.

The rate you are going to be charged from today is the rate that you should be getting charged from today.
What numbers happen to appear on anything other than your actual bill are functionally irrelevant.
There are better things to get incensed about.1 -
They've had 3 weeks of knowing what price they need to.charge.So it's pretty poor that they can't get such a simple thing right.
All I was doing was checking whether it was just me or was it happening to others.
No need to make me think I'm in the wrong for asking.
THEY are the ones in the wrong.1 -

The app is showing the correct rates for me. Need to look at changing supplier as they don’t appear to offer direct debit rates based on actual usage.1
