Scottish Power
Has anyone checked what rates they are being charged from today ? I am hoping it is a.mistake that Scottish power are quoting what they would havecharged,had the government not put a lower cap on the rates? Shocked is an understatement and very annoyed.Maybe they just haven't caught up yet,but they have had enough time to get it right !

I am sure your next BILL will have the correct rates, if that is wrong then you can have a whinge.

I'm with Scottish Power but am not going to burden their no doubt stretched website by looking right now. Have you had any communication from Scottish Power about new prices? The rate you are going to be charged from today is the rate that you should be getting charged from today.
What numbers happen to appear on anything other than your actual bill are functionally irrelevant.
There are better things to get incensed about.1 -
They've had 3 weeks of knowing what price they need to.charge.So it's pretty poor that they can't get such a simple thing right.
All I was doing was checking whether it was just me or was it happening to others.

Yes,I have.I've just looked back through my emails to find it,and if they can get it right on the 25th September,there is even less excuse not to show the correct prices today !Ultrasonic said:

The app is showing the correct rates for me. Need to look at changing supplier as they don’t appear to offer direct debit rates based on actual usage.1

They want me to put my DD up even though I am well in credit.But I've been with them many years and not had any issues,whereas my sister has moved house,who was with them.also,and not able to transfer.So she signed up with EDF and had no end of problems so far.GlasgowExpat2 said:The app is showing the correct rates for me.
