Afternoon all!

Struggling this month! Managed to get to 2/10 today though. Finally!

Tbf though, I've not really defined what an NSD is for us. I have been trying to only call it when zero has gone out of my account, which is so very rare. Having reviewed @cathybird suggestion at the beginning of this thread, I am now going to exclude all DD's, SO's, petrol spends, Friday grocery shopping spend, Tuesday pet food spend. Everything else will be counted as a spend. Fingers crossed I can get closer to my target this month as a result!

some   things  in  life  are   unavoidable    spends hazeldreams   and    could  be   soul  destroyng  if  you  counted  everything  as  spendy    Having  NSDs  helps  focus  unnecessary  spends  for  most  of  us  on  here

Jammy dodger is right, it's impossible to get through life without spending something & the focus with the challenge is really to get control of the unnecessary spends I think - though obviously being frugal with things like groceries could also be a focus. Everyone has different weaknesses with what they might feel are unnecessary spends, which is why there's a bit of flexibility with the criteria for the challenge xx
