From the wording. From what is NOT there.
Look at POFA paragraph 9(2)f and tell me you can see that mandatory 'keeper liability' phrase: 'we will have the right to recover the charge from you after xx days' warning in your NTK.

Aha i see! So, given that I am at Court stage and have submitted my defence (at the time i didnt have the SAR info) do I put in a revised defence, or contact NCP, or wait til WS stage?0
