An update on this situation. I logged into my account today to find no tariffs listed. I asked them on Twitter and she's saying "Looks like your fix has been revoked, shall I move you onto SVT"?

Firstly, can they even revoke my fix without telling me?! Last I heard they were reducing the fix rates in line with the EPG, so staying on a fix in this case would be my preference.

Secondly, has this happened to anyone else or are there people out there still on V20 smooth renew?

    thanks

They can knock a maximum of 17p/kWh off your fix, so V20 would be 59p/kWh so you would end up at 43p/kWh, then they'd reduce this in line with the EPG by moving you onto the SVT. People typically want to be on the cheapest tariff possible and leaving you at a financial disadvantage could open them up to complaints.
