  • Still a bit confused as to how you get the letters from the questions but I have now got the answer
    Yeh i reviewed my previous comment, its jus dumb luck. 🤦‍♂️
  • Nice one, I went for it being a name early on, and I had Tom but could not fit a watchmaker, mathematician etc etc to the 5 letter surname! Going to have to go through it again now to get the workings out for my own sanity👍

    So glad people have cracked it - thank you for the big clue Brendan.  I'm now attempting to work backwards too, but can't even work out which column the answer is in!

    @macmac45, how on earth did you get "Tom" from the clues?! 😲😁

    Just seen @One-Eye post
  • Please can you let me know what the answer to Q15 actually is. I’m still tearing my hair out on this one! Just cannot see it.

    The number of words in the question gives the letter required from the answer.
    SUN LIGHT is 2 words so you need the second letter of SOLAR
    TO REMOVE A LIMB is 4 words so you need the 4th letter of AMPUTATE

    Weirdly although I had different answers to the clues I could still get the same result "TOM CURRY"

    My answers were

    Touch = CONTACT
    Sunlight = SOLAR
    Constant = BOLTZMANN
    Hide = CONCEAL
    Limb = AMPUTATE
    Truth = UNIVERSAL
    Farm = TRACTOR
    Pain = AGONY

    Found CURRY but couldn't make the link to anything relevant - then searched Bremont site and Found Tom Curry the up and coming Rugby Star ....  Thanks for the answer it was driving me mad.
