Morning all
Happy Birthday Valli and I hope Mr Iona is OK.
Late start and finish for me today but I have logged in and checked the emails. Yoga next, doggie blankets are having a quick wash but rain is forecast. Meetings and tricky things to deal with at the paid stuff but determined to not let it overwhelm me.
Have a good Monday all x10 -
Valli, Happy Birthday, have a lovely day.IMO a good charity to support, I would be walking anyway (or I just put on weight) so if eveyone can spare what they can be it £5 or £10 or more, I am grateful, it is online giving, so your money is safe. If you are worried male or female by any lumps and bumps etc go and get yourself checked out.So farFed more catsCleaned out ash, reset fire to tongiht if needed, brought in logs.Changed bedWM is on with bedding as it looks like it is brightening upAuction day, so will watch on line to see if 'items of interest sell'Things like hoovering, dusting etc I did Saturday morning, before visitors arrived. No weight loss or gain this weekSteps walked so far for September 316822 (approx 138 miles)Breast Cancer Now 100 miles October 2022 100 / 100miles

Valli happy birthday.
Iona healing thoughts.
ASB meant to say congratulations on the work.
Rain this morning put me off a run, so I have tackled the kitchen:
- wudupa
- wiped surfaces and a few appliances
- put recycling pile in bins
- put other things back in rightful place (usually another room)
- swept floor
- picked a few more flowers as I had shoved a few in a vase yesterday, the results of careless gardening damage then left the vase in the kitchen. Now much fuller and in the lounge.
Remembered that it always helps if, every time I go into a room, I put away or do 'something' in it. So far this has resulted in:
En suite: new deodorant put away in cupboard; recycling taken down to bin; new bin liner put in;
Bedroom: currently decanting some hand cream into the little one I usually keep in the kitchen, which was empty; put away some clothes.
Study: bird feeders refilled.
I'm now in the study with a coffee hoping I can finish off culling everything in the Downloads folder of my 'old' computer, i.e. Mr N's 'new' one. Kaz, thanks for link, I'm about to check it has gone through.
Remember...a layer of dust protects the wood beneath it.10
