We are awaiting a deed of variation for an estate rent charge (to give the lender 28 days notice if we were not to pay) 

does anyone have experience of this and time scales? Been waiting three weeks and it’s the only thing outstanding!

I was in direct contact with the sellers but if you’ve seen my other post this has now stopped as I no longer trust them. So can’t get updates direct from them anymore (not that would help anyway as they just lied). Only person I trust now is my conveyance and she is only willing to chase once per week.

Yup! June we flagged it, it was clear as mud in the mortgage terms. But they wanted the management pack first to confirm which took 8 weeks to come then all the we need it we don’t back and Forth. Been 3 weeks now- going into the 4th since it’s been paid for! 

We are also in process of getting a ne mortgage as ours ran out!

We’ve had no info about a management pack. So wonder if that’s what they have been doing.

We’ve 8 weeks of our mortgage offer left with a possible 2 weeks extension so praying it’s all done by then or we will be pulling out and renting.

If you wouldn’t mind would you let me know once you have the DoV complete.

It’s so stressful isn’t it! Have Premier given you indication at all? They aren’t telling us much at all! I hope you get sorted in time

Very stressful! We have been told by our conveyancer ‘other clients’ have taken 6-8 weeks to draft the DoV.
